Troubleshooting EFC and EBBP Access

I followed the steps, but I never received the email with the links to join the program. What happened?

The email address that you use when signing the community agreements MUST match the email address you used to “purchase” the EBB Program with your coupon code. If you use a different email address to sign the agreements, the system won’t be able to link to your account and you won’t receive the email.

I’m in EFC but I don’t have access to any of the courses! Why not?

This indicates that you probably didn’t click the “Join Links” in the email with the subject line: “(EBBP) Your Premium Membership: ACTION REQUIRED to join the courses you purchased. If you don’t click the links in the email, you won’t be added to the courses.

The coach code coupon isn’t working when I enter it...

Make sure there is no space before the code, which sometimes happens if you cut and paste into the coupon field. Also make sure to use lowercase letters.
